Navigation Path
In the Main Navigation, click Content > Email.
⇒ The Email window opens to the Email Messages tab.Click Frameworks.
⇒ The Select Framework window opens.
Purpose
This tab gives you an overview of all frameworks in the Content Management (Email) area of your system.
What can I do in this window?
Create a framework.
Edit an existing framework.
Copy an existing framework.
Delete an existing framework.

Action | Description |
---|---|
Edit | Opens the Compose Framework window. Depending on the configuration of your blocks, this window offers the possibility to define which blocks are available in a template. This button is available when you select a framework in the Select Framework overview. |
Copy | Creates a copy of the framework. You can assign the copy a new name and save or cancel the copy. When you save the copy, Engage saves the framework to the Select Framework overview. This button is available when you select a framework in the Select Framework overview. |
Delete | Deletes the selected framework after an additional confirmation request. This button is available when you select a framework in the Select Framework overview. |
Create | Opens the Compose Framework window. The Compose Framework window offers the possibility to define which blocks can generally be used in a template. |
Information
The overview provides a list of available frameworks in your system.
To select a framework, click the desired framework.

Item | Description |
---|---|
Name | Shows the name of the framework in Mapp Engage. |
Tags | Shows the tags that are assigned to the framework. |
Author | Shows the name of the system user who created the framework. |
Creation Date | Shows date and time the framework was created. |
Last Changed | Shows date and time the framework was last updated. |
Display Options

Filters the records that Mapp Engage displays in the overview by the filter criteria that you enter in the column header. | |
Sorts the order in which the list of records displays. The records are sorted by the value in the selected column. Click the arrows a second time to sort the list in the opposite direction. Click the arrows a third time to stop sorting by this value. By default, records are sorted by name from A to Z and 0–9. | |
Adds or removes columns from the current view. To remove a column from the table, click the symbol and clear the check box that is next to the column name. | |
Navigates to the previous page of records. | |
Navigates to the next page of records. |
