Integrate External Channels Into Mapp Workflows

The HTTP connector allows you to fetch leads from external platforms and send a welcome message to them. And the other way round - you can set up a Whiteboard to send a message from an external platform.

Scenario

You want to send a welcome message to new contacts per WhatsApp, or a different channel available on your external system. You also want to differentiate the workflow depending on the HTTP response.

1. Create a Whiteboard.

2. Use the HTTP Connector to fetch new contact leads from an external system.

3. Create a Multiple Event to define different workflows depending on the HTTP response.

4. Set up the HTTP Connector to send various messages per WhatsApp from an external system.
