The Content Engagement extension enables you to measure how intensively users interact with longer page content – for example, how far they read an article or how long they stayed in specific sections.
It records how much of a configured content element was visible to the user and allows you to analyze:
Which content sections gained high attention
How visibility changes over time or per device
Which elements were never reached
The plugin is compatible with the Smart Pixel and supports both automatic and customized tracking strategies.
Common use cases include:
Comparing content performance across long-form pages
Identifying content that was only partially seen
Triggering follow-up events based on visibility or engagement
