Campaign Dashboards support your analytics with two cards. The Messages card gives you access to pre-defined insights and the Message Analytics card allows you to group all important metrics by different dimensions for improved insights.

Analysis Period

All dashboards show the performance of the last 28 days. Use the calendar to adapt the analysis period.

Please keep in mind that data is updated at night. Thus, you will not see data for the current day.

Exporting Dashboards

Dashboards can be downloaded or sent via e-mail as Excel, PDF, or CSV.

Only PDF files include all visible elements (e.g., diagrams and visualizations).

If you select PDF, you can also select a paginated download. If this option is activated, the PDF might be split into several pages instead of one big page (depending on the dashboard).
