Why can’t I upload Apple iOS certificates to the Marketing Cloud?
Ensure your certificates are valid and include the correct capabilities:
Development for the development channel.
Production for the production channel.
Match certificates with their respective bundle IDs.
Why can’t I send rich push notifications or add media to my notifications?
Create a mobile app extension and corresponding certificate via Apple Developer.

Troubleshooting
No debug logs display after integrating the SDK:
Ensure the SDK setup is completed.
On the first launch, check for

Critical error: Missing SDK ID/App Secret:
Confirm the SDK ID and App Secret are correctly entered. Missing credentials result in [Appoxee Critical]
