Introduction

Mapp Cloud user matching links Mapp Engage Contacts with Mapp Intelligence visitors. This ensures that the same user is recognized in Mapp Engage and Mapp Intelligence, enhancing user engagement strategies through detailed behavior data. Examples of this are:

• Abandoned Cart and Wishlist Campaigns based on Mapp Intelligence tracking data

• Leverage comprehensive behavioral data in Engage (in Segmentation Builder and Whiteboard).

• Usage of other Intelligence data in Engage

• Enriched campaign analytics and insights in Mapp Intelligence.

User matching is disabled by default and must be activated in the tracking script or SDK as part of the setup process.
