# Mapp Cloud User Matching

Mapp Cloud user matching links Mapp Engage Contacts with Mapp Intelligence visitors. This ensures that the same user is recognized in Mapp Engage and Mapp Intelligence, enhancing user engagement strategies through detailed behavior data. Examples of this are:

- [Abandoned Cart](/v1/docs/increase-revenue-by-responding-quickly-to-cart-abandonment) and [Wishlist Campaigns](/v1/docs/increase-revenue-by-promoting-wishlist-products) based on Mapp Intelligence tracking data
- Leverage comprehensive behavioral data in Engage (in Segmentation Builder and Whiteboard).

- Enriched campaign analytics and insights in Mapp Intelligence.
