Mapp Engage: Raw Data Export Optimization

20 February 2025: We’re excited to announce significant improvements to Raw Data Exports—now faster and more efficient than ever!

What’s New?

• Faster Exports: We've optimized the backend to dramatically speed up Raw Data Exports, reducing wait times and enhancing performance.

• Simplified Date Selection: The "Maximum (365 days)" button has been removed. You can now more flexibly define your export's time frame using the relative or absolute date selector.

Note:

If you've been using the Maximum (365 days) settings so far, they will remain in the system, unless you edit them, In that case, they will fall back to the last 30 days.

Limitations

Please note that these changes only apply to Raw Data Exports. Other export options like Simplified Data Export and Related Data Export remain unchanged.

Availability

This update will be gradually rolled out to all Mapp Engage systems between Thursday, February 20, and Wednesday, February 26.
