Mapp Fashion tracking runs on top of Mapp Intelligence Smart Pixel. The Mapp Fashion extension adds fashion-specific events and recommendation content retrieval to an existing Smart Pixel setup, so you do not need a separate tracking pixel.

Start with the extension setup: Smart Pixel: Fashion extension. It covers loading the extension, the
hostandnamespaceIdconfiguration, and activation. All guides below assume the extension is active.
What you set up here
User Interaction Tracking: page views, customer identification, product views, basket actions and orders.
Recommendation Tracking: interactions with recommendations you render yourself, via HTML attributes or JavaScript.
Outfits and Similar Items: retrieving personalized outfits and similar items for a product.
Faceted Search: recommendation use cases without a specified product.
A/B Testing for Recommendation Performance: measuring recommendation performance against a control or a competitor.
Standalone Tracking (Legacy)
Standalone Tracking is the previous implementation. It loads a separate dressipi.js script and runs independently of Mapp Intelligence tracking.
Warning
Do not use Standalone Tracking for new implementations. It is kept for existing setups only. See Standalone Tracking (Legacy) if you are still running it.
