# Tracking Setup

Mapp Fashion tracking runs on top of Mapp Intelligence Smart Pixel. The Mapp Fashion extension adds fashion-specific events and recommendation content retrieval to an existing Smart Pixel setup, so you do not need a separate tracking pixel.

This page explains what you set up here and in which order.

## Standalone Tracking (Legacy)

Standalone Tracking is the previous implementation. It loads a separate `dressipi.js` script and runs independently of Mapp Intelligence tracking.
