The User Management section gives you access to all tools that define who can access Mapp Engage, what they are allowed to do, and how responsibilities are distributed across your teams. It combines account management and permission control to ensure secure and transparent collaboration.

Use this section to set up individual users, assign roles and permissions, and maintain accountability across manual and automated use cases.

  • System Users: Create dedicated accounts for individuals accessing Engage via UI or API. Define granular access rights and enable structured team collaboration and approval processes.

  • Permissions: Configure platform access through roles and permission scopes. Use structured settings to protect sensitive data, enforce compliance, and define exactly who can view, edit, or send what – across groups, contacts, and system features.
