Overview
The Select CMS Message window allows users to import CMS messages from one connected Mapp Engage system into another. This functionality is especially useful for organizations managing multiple Engage systems and ensures consistency and accuracy in message content and configuration during cross-system message transfers.
Navigation Path
Go to:
Create New > Message > Email Message > HTML Email, or
Messages > Draft Messages > Email > Edit, or
Messages > Prepared Messages > Email > Edit
Follow the email creation wizard until you reach Step 2 - Content.
Click Upload Message.
Select CMS Message.
Select a CMS Account.
Click Select CMS Message.

Settings
Setting | Description |

Message Name | Displays the name of the CMS message from the connected system. |
Creation Date | Shows when the message was originally created in the external system. |
Actions
Select CSM Message window
