    Objective

    Send a sale announcement to your contacts followed by a last-minute reminder the day before the sale starts.

    A scheduled whiteboard is only executed once, but it can be used to run a time-sensitive campaign involving multiple sendouts over a period of time.

    Prerequisites

    Before you build the whiteboard, make sure you create the relevant prepared messages.

    Whiteboard

    You are having a one-day sale on a certain date. You announce the sale a week before the event by sending an email to the relevant contacts. Another email is sent shortly before the event as a reminder.

    Show detailed configuration

    1. Use the Whiteboard Audience job to define the recipients of the email messages.
       

    2. Add the job Send Email Message. Set the date to one week before the sale and select the prepared email message.
       

    3. Add another Send Email Message job. This time, set the date to one day before the sale and select the relevant message.
