System Users

Prev Next

System users are individuals who access the Mapp Engage platform through the user interface or via API. Each system user has a dedicated account that determines what they can see and do in the system.

By assigning individual accounts and tailored permissions, you ensure secure, structured, and accountable work across your teams.

Why use individual system users?

  • Provide secure, role-based access to the platform

  • Track activities for each user individually

  • Separate test users from live contact data

  • Enable both manual (UI) and automated (API) use cases
