Objective
Create segments for sendouts of material not categorized as a specific Content Preference.
Prerequisites
Store the following contact information as a custom attribute in the Engage system:
Content Preference
Segment
All contacts in Mapp Engage have opted in for some communication. You may allow contacts to opt in for only certain content or types of communication. If some of your contacts opted in to receive Family-Friendly content only, you must make sure that they are excluded from receiving other content.
Show detailed configuration
Condition
Use Contact Profile > Profile Attribute > Content Preference Does Not Equal Family Friendly Only.
With negative conditions you must indicate whether empty values are included or not.
Follow-up Action
Apply the segments for sendouts of material not categorized as Family Friendly.
