Objective
Optimize a campaign based on a contact's conversion probability.
Example
You are targeting contacts who have shown an interest in a certain product. You want to make sure you don't decrease your profits unnecessarily:
Contacts who are highly likely to convert don't need an incentive to buy.
Contacts who have a medium likelihood may be offered free shipping.
Contacts who have a low likelihood may receive a discount voucher.
Prerequisites
An activated Mapp Intelligence account.
The relevant CI Segments set up in your Mapp Intelligence account.
CI Segments enabled in Mapp Engage.
Segment
Show detailed configuration
Condition
Create one segment for each possible predictive value: High, Medium and Low. Use Intelligence > CI Segments and select the relevant segment from the drop-down list.
Follow-up Action
Use these segments as Filters in a Whiteboard. Split contacts into different paths, each with different email: no incentive, free shipping, discount voucher.
