Mapp Technical Support is an international customer-facing team. This team specializes in the resolution of technical questions and incidents that can arise in the use of Mapp products, including Mapp Empower.

Mapp Technical Support is available 24/7. With a “follow the sun” model, you can reach any of the Mapp support hotlines for urgent requests.

• Mapp Customer Service and Technical Support 
  Mapp offers a support portal and a hotline, but you can also simply contact your Account Representative.

• Mapp Empower online help
  The ​Mapp Empower​ online help contains detailed window descriptions, procedures, and tips. This help portal is expanded regularly with the latest features. The online help supplements the inline tutorials. You can access the online help even when you are not logged into Mapp Empower.

• Training videos
  Each video tutorial focuses on a specific feature or activity and takes only a few minutes to watch. Watch one or more and put a new skill to use today.
  Mapp Empower video tutorials provide access product tutorials online. Watch at your own pace — any time and as many times as you like.
