Trustpilot

Trustpilot is a review platform that anyone can use. Mapp customers with Trustpilot accounts can use Trustpilot service review links in emails set up in Engage. This will let you collect reviews from your satisfied customers!

Set-Up

Please contact your Customer Success Manager for help setting up a Trustpilot Integration. The Mapp API needs to be used to retrieve a link from Trustpilot. This link can then be inserted into Emails, which are triggered through a whiteboard set up by the Mapp team.
