Visitors - User Categories

This analysis shows a custom dimension of the type User category. User categories allow you to store user-centric data, such as demographic details, preferences, and behavioral information.

Hint: The “-” category includes all users who are not assigned to a specific User category.

Updating User Categories

User categories in Mapp Intelligence can be updated. The method depends on the category type and data collection approach:

• Pixel tracking: Updates data dynamically when users interact with your site.

• Imports: Allows batch updates via file uploads.

• Widgets: Enables direct user input for certain categories.
