# Youtube Plugin

With the following documentation, you can implement and use our plugin to track play, pause, seek, position, and end media requests of embedded YouTube videos.

You can add event parameters to the media request, add media categories, and customize the video's title. The plugin provides a zero-configuration implementation but can also be customized. Both of these will be covered in the implementation pages below.

This video shows how our new plugin simplifies the process as compared to the old Youtube tracking setup. Please note that this example uses our Smart Pixel.
