Activate a Time-Based Automation

Goal
To activate a time-based automation.
Background Information
A time-based automation is automatically executed at a scheduled date and time. The schedule is defined in the Schedule Time-based Automation window (see Schedule Time-Based Automation (window)).
Automations must be activated as well as saved. Only activated automations are executed by the system. For more information, see Activate a Time-Based Automation.
Activation changes the status of an automation to:
Active, Scheduled if the automation has never been executed before or if the automation is scheduled to execute only one time.
Active, Running if the automation has been executed at least once.
Procedure
In the Main Navigation, click Automations > Automations.
⇒ The Time-based Automations Overview window opens.Select the checkbox of the desired automation.
Click the Activate button.
⇒ The automation now has the status Active, Scheduled or Active, Running.
