Content Store Element Comments

Overview

The Comments view allows users to add and manage internal comments for a content store element.

Comments support team collaboration and are stored in the comment history of the element.

Comments are internal and are not visible in messages or to recipients.


Navigation

Content > Content Store

From any tab, open the context menu of an element and select Comment.


Comment History

The Comment History displays all comments associated with the selected content store element.

For each comment, the following information is shown:

  • Author

  • Date of creation

  • Comment content


Add a Comment

You can add a new comment to the element.

  • Maximum length: 2,000 characters

  • Comments are added to the Comment History


Manage Comments

Within the Comment History, you can:

  • Select individual or all comments

  • Delete selected comments
