The logged-in user who performs the import will receive a confirmation email with the import status.
2. Manually Add Entries
Use this method to add individual entries directly via the UI (e.g., via copy & paste).
Go to Audience > Blacklist > System Blacklist
Click Create.
Select the List Type: Clear-text or MD5.
Enter one or more entries, each on a separate line:
Email
Mobile Number
Domain
Click Save.
A success message will confirm that the entries have been added to the system blacklist.
3. Blacklist a Contact from the Contact Overview
Use this method to blacklist an existing contact from the contact list.
Go to Audience > Contact Management > All Contacts.
Search for the contact you want to blacklist.
Expand the context menu next to the contact and click Blacklist.
