Best Channel allows you to split contacts based on which channel is most used by the contact: Email, SMS, Push or InApp. This is an optional feature, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager in order to have this activated.
Configuration
You can add up to four channels via Add Path, but the pre-selected channels are SMS and Email. You can remove channels by selecting the X icon.
Default Channel should be defined in case no information is calculated for the contact.
