Overview
The Content Store is a central storage area for reusable content in Mapp Engage.
Stored elements can be reused across supported messages, CMS content, landing pages, and other channels.
All content types are managed within a single interface. The available tabs filter the displayed elements by type.

When opening Content Store, select one of the following tabs:
Images
Text
Media
Other
All Files
Each tab opens the same overview. The selected tab filters the displayed elements.
Overview Area
The overview displays stored elements and key metadata such as name, status, creation date, expiration date, and size.
You can search, filter, and combine filter criteria to locate specific elements.
Details Panel
When you select an element, the Details panel displays additional metadata and configuration settings.
Depending on the element type, this may include:
Ownership and contributor information
Status and visibility
Expiration and encoding settings
Tags and categorization
Download URL
Image preview and dimensions (for image elements)
Note
The Details panel displays system-generated placeholders that can be copied to insert the element into supported messages or landing pages.
These placeholders are primarily used in HTML-based content.
