Goal​

To delete a related data set.

Prerequisite​s

You have permission to create and edit related data sets:

  • Permission ​150 system_view_edit_own_related_data​

  • Permission ​153 system_edit_all_related_data

​Important Notes:

  • When data from a related data set is used in a message or a selection, the placeholder or filter is not automatically updated. Before deleting a related data set, you must manually check that no current processes need data from the related data set.

  • Deleted related data sets cannot be restored, and the data is no longer available in the Mapp Engage system.

Procedure​

  1. Go to Administration​ > ​Attributes​ > ​Related Data.

  2. Select the related data sets you would like to delete and click ​Archive.

  3. In the top context menu, select Show archived Related Data Sets.

  4. Select the related data sets you would like to delete.

  5. Click ​Delete.
