Overview
The Abandoned Cart interface provides access to imported abandoned cart data. It allows users to manually import records and search existing entries using product or user identifiers.
This data can be reviewed to understand which products were added to carts but not purchased.

Data / ProductSKU
Action | Description |

Search | Looks up Abandoned Cart items using a key prefix to filter the displayed records. |
Import data | Manually imports Abandoned Cart data into the Abandoned Cart dataset. |
Data / User
This tab allows search by UserPK (User Primary Key, related to the contact ID).
Structure
The Structure tab displays the Abandoned Cart data structure, including available fields and their properties.
Column Heading | Description |

| Unique identifier of the product |
| Date when the cart entry was created |
| Size information related to the product |
| Price of the product |
The fields are not enumerated and are not required to be unique.
