Add the Mapp Intelligence tag to Tealium.

You can easily configure all parameters in the Tealium user interface.

In the global configuration the Track ID, Track Domain, and other global parameters are defined.

Shows the used version.


Track ID

Mandatory. Track IDs are used to assign requests to an account. You find the track ID under Mapp Q3 > Configuration > System Configuration > Data Collection.

If the same information is to be recorded for multiple accounts, you can enter the corresponding track IDs of the accounts comma-separated.

trackId

Track Domain

Mandatory. Specify your Mapp Intelligence track domain. This information is provided by your account manager.

Param First

Semicolon separated list of params that will be sent first


Domain

Mandatory. Specify the domains, which should not be reported as a referrer in Mapp Intelligence.

In most cases, the domain of the website being tracked is specified here.

You can enter multiple domains, separated by a semicolon.

It is also possible to use regular expressions to filter multiple domains. If a regular expression is used, "REGEXP:" must be placed at the beginning of this string.

Always enter domains without "http://" and "https://".

Link Tracking

There are 2 ways to track HTML links:

Variant "Link"

  • All HTML links are automatically tracked when clicked.

  • The target URL is taken as event name.

  • An arbitrary link attribute (default: name attribute) can be used for the unique labeling of links (in case multiple links with the same target exist).

Variant "Standard"

  • All labeled HTML links of a page are tracked when clicked.

  • An arbitrary link attribute (default: name attribute) is used for the unique labeling and naming.


Link Track Attribute

Name of the HTML attribute used for link names


Link Track Params

Name of query string params in link URL which will be used as link name


Link Track Downloads

Extensions of download files to track (zip;rar;doc)


Pixel Sampling

Here you can define whether only every n-th user should be tracked on your page.

Cookie Handling

Select the cookies you want to use from the dropdown list:

  • first-party cookies: Your website sets the cookies; default

  • third-party cookies: Mapp Intelligence sets the cookies.


 Use first-party cookies for best data quality. Use third-party cookies only if you want to be able to identify users across domains without the use of a login or customer ID.

mediaCode

Set mediaCode to identify which parameter you will use for standard campaign tracking.


mediaCodeCookie

If the mediaCode query parameter is in the address bar (as with AJAX driven websites), set mediaCodeCookie to "sid".


WT Object Name

Name of the WT object. Leave the default of "wt" if using a single Webtrekk instance


Form Tracking

This enables global form tracking. To enable form tracking for single pages, use Form HTML ID in Data Mappings.
