Overview
In the Template step, you select the layout and structure for your in-app message. The step begins with a popup where you choose from predefined templates under Web In-App or Native In-App. After selection, you configure and preview the message using the Content and Configuration tabs. A Preview Contact option allows you to simulate personalization for a specific user.
