Overview
In the Inbox step, you define whether and how the in-app message will appear in the app’s message center (inbox). This enables persistent visibility of the message beyond the initial display.
Navigation Path
During message creation, follow the message creation process until you reach Inbox.
Settings Table
Setting | Description |

Inbox Visibility | Choose how the message appears in the message center: “Do not show in message center”, “Show in message center when message is displayed”, or “Show only in message center”. |
Image URL (if applicable) | URL of the image shown in the inbox entry. |
Inbox Title (max. 30 chars) | Title of the inbox message entry. |
Inbox Summary (max. 60 chars) | Short summary displayed in the inbox. |
