Overview

In the Delivery step, you configure the targeting, triggering event, and timing of the In-App message. This controls who sees the message, when, and under what conditions.


Navigation Path

During message creation, follow the message creation process until you reach Delivery.

Description

Mobile App

Select the mobile app where the message should appear. Must be configured beforehand.

Target Audience

Choose to send to all app users or to a specific segment (groups are not supported).

Triggering Event

Select the app event that triggers the message (e.g., app open, screen view).

Message Frequency

Define how often a user may receive this message.

Activation

Set to activate immediately or on a scheduled date/time.

Deactivation

Optional: Set a specific date/time to stop the message. If left blank, the message stays active until manually deactivated.


Important Notes

  • In-app messages stay active until manually deactivated or until a scheduled end date is reached.

  • If no deactivation is defined, the message continues to trigger whenever its event and segment conditions are met.
