Overview
In the Delivery step, you configure the targeting, triggering event, and timing of the In-App message. This controls who sees the message, when, and under what conditions.
Navigation Path
During message creation, follow the message creation process until you reach Delivery.
Settings Table
Setting | Description |

Mobile App | Select the mobile app where the message should appear. Must be configured beforehand. |
Target Audience | Choose to send to all app users or to a specific segment (groups are not supported). |
Triggering Event | Select the app event that triggers the message (e.g., app open, screen view). |
Message Frequency | Define how often a user may receive this message. |
Activation | Set to activate immediately or on a scheduled date/time. |
Deactivation | Optional: Set a specific date/time to stop the message. If left blank, the message stays active until manually deactivated. |
Important Notes
In-app messages stay active until manually deactivated or until a scheduled end date is reached.
If no deactivation is defined, the message continues to trigger whenever its event and segment conditions are met.
