Introduction to Customer Insights Dashboards

Mapp Intelligence offers Customer Insights Dashboards to help you see campaign performance in new ways. Analyze your marketing performance through insightful dashboards and reports. Mapp Intelligence is the leading, award-winning Marketing Analytics and Customer Intelligence platform in Europe.

Analysis Period

All dashboards show the performance of the last 28 days, excluding the current day. You can adapt the analysis period using the calendar.

Please keep in mind that data is updated at night. Thus, you will not see data for the current day.

Exporting Dashboards

Dashboards can be downloaded or emailed as Excel, PDF, or CSV files.

Only PDF files include all visible elements (e.g., diagrams and visualizations).

If you select PDF, you can also select a paginated download. If this option is activated, the PDF might be split into several pages instead of one big page (depending on the dashboard).
