22 May 2026 We've extended the Mapp Engage API with two new endpoints. They provide direct access to Related Data records and visibility into running processes — both frequently requested for integrations and automations built on top of Mapp Engage.
What's new
Related Data: The Related Data endpoint returns all records stored under a given Related Data key. Use it to power personalization workflows, integrations, and agent-based decisioning that rely on data already maintained in Mapp Engage.
Process information: The process endpoint returns information about processes in Mapp Engage — including user imports and sendouts — together with their current status. Use it to monitor active or completed processes and identify delays early.
Availability
Both endpoints are available now.
