12 March 2026 We’re introducing an updated design for the Audience > Deactivated section in Mapp Engage. The update improves orientation, interaction consistency, and table usability when working with deactivated audiences.
What’s New?
Unified layout and structure: Standardized button placement, aligned table elements, and a consistent page structure across overview and list views.
Enhanced table interaction and visibility: Sortable columns, inline item details, and persistent bulk actions support more efficient navigation and handling. The overview now also includes a Total row, providing quick visibility into the total number of deactivated contacts.
Clearer system feedback and permissions: Updated confirmation dialogs and success messages, as well as adjusted visibility rules based on view permissions.
These enhancements align the Deactivated overview and list view with current UI standards across the system.
Availability
These updates will be gradually released between March 12 and March 20, 2026, and will be available by default on all Mapp Engage systems. All existing configurations will remain intact.
