10 March 2026 The Whiteboard template library has been expanded with two additional templates for common lifecycle marketing campaigns.
The following templates are now available:
Post-purchase Campaign
An event-based Whiteboard that sends follow-up communication after a purchase to engage customers and encourage repeat interaction.
Winback Campaign with A/B Test
A recurring Whiteboard that tests two variants of a win-back email to determine which message is more effective at reactivating inactive customers.
