3 September 2026 The Mobile Push Notifications overview is now faster and has a new look. This update is part of a broader initiative to establish a consistent look and feel across Mapp Engage.
What’s New?
Faster page load: The overview loads noticeably faster. Systems with a high number of push messages benefit the most.
Refreshed design: Standardized button placement, aligned table elements, and a consistent page structure.
Improved table handling: All columns are sortable. Item details open directly under the selected row. Bulk actions stay visible in a sticky footer. Active and archived messages are switched via the context menu in the table header.
Changed filter behavior: Filters are no longer kept when you leave and return to the page.
Note
The overview now requires the view permission. Users who only have the edit or create permission can no longer see the page. Administrators may need to adjust user roles accordingly.
Availability
This update is live and available by default on all Mapp Engage systems where push notifications are enabled. All existing messages and configurations remain intact.
