In order to create and manage microsites, you'll need the following permissions.
ID | Name | Description |

2150 | Content Management: Use Microsites | System user can view and use microsites. |
2151 | Content Management: Create Microsites | System user can create microsites. |
2152 | Content Management: Edit Microsites | System user can edit microsites. |
2153 | Content Management: Delete Microsites | System user can delete microsites. |
2154 | Content Management: Publish Microsites | System user can publish microsites. |
