Mapp Engage uses roles and permissions to control access to data and functions within the platform. Some permissions specifically grant access to personal data stored in contact profiles, reports, or billing records. To comply with data protection laws and internal policies, it’s important to limit access to this data. A key safeguard is to ensure that system users can only access the information they need for their daily work.
Engage provides specific permissions to control access to user data, statistical data, and billing data. These permissions can be assigned to selected system roles and should only be granted to users with a legitimate need to view, export, or manage personal data.
