Overview
The Summary of Sendout window allows you to review your message content and sendout settings before starting or scheduling the email sendout. This is the final step in the message creation process, where you can verify all configurations and take final actions.
Navigation Path
During email creation, follow the message creation process until you reach Summary.
Information Displayed
The following table describes the information shown in the Summary of Sendout window:
Information | Description |

Message Name | Displays the internal name of the message. Defined in Step 1 (Type). Not visible to recipients. |
Email Subject Line | Shows the subject line of the email message. Defined in Step 2 (Content) and visible to recipients. |
External Message ID | Displays the external message ID, if defined. Used for external systems (e.g., analytics). |
Message Category | Shows the category assigned to the message. Helps with reporting and automations. |
Group | Displays the group to which the message will be sent. |
Channel | Shows the email channel configuration. |
Recipients | Displays the number of recipients and estimated recipients. This count excludes blacklists and Robinson lists. |
Selection | Shows the applied selection filter, if any. |
Percent of Group | Displays the percentage of group members selected for the sendout. Defined in the Configuration step. |
Email Reply Handling | Displays how email replies are handled for the group. Defined in group settings. |
Sender Address | Shows the name and address that appear in the recipient’s inbox. Defined in group settings. |
Email Attachments | Lists any attachments added to the message. |
Actions
The following actions are available in the Summary of Sendout window:
Action | Description |

Prepare Sendout | Returns to the Configuration step to edit sendout settings. |
Preview | Opens a preview of the message. You can send a preview email to yourself. |
Send Message | Starts the message sendout immediately. |
Schedule Message | Schedules the message sendout for a later time. |
Send to Managers | Sends the message to group moderators for approval. Visible only if moderation is enabled and the user lacks sendout permission. |
