You can select one of four Ticket Types when creating a ticket on the Support Portal, depending on your specific needs.
Case versus Ticket
Please note that Ticket Types are in a section called Case Types under the ticket creation.
Ticket type | Description |

Service Request | Choose this if you’d like our team to carry out a specific task or make a change in your Mapp product, such as setting up new features, updating configurations, or making adjustments to your account. |
Technical Issue | Select this option if something isn’t working as expected. This covers bugs, system errors, or any problems affecting how your Mapp product functions. |
Deliverability Support | Use this type if your messages aren’t reaching your audience as intended. This includes problems like delivery blocks, bounces, or low inbox placement, and our specialists will help resolve them. |
