You can select one of four Ticket Types when creating a ticket on the Support Portal, depending on your specific needs.

Case versus Ticket

Please note that Ticket Types are in a section called Case Types under the ticket creation.  

Ticket type

Description

Service Request

Choose this if you’d like our team to carry out a specific task or make a change in your Mapp product, such as setting up new features, updating configurations, or making adjustments to your account.

Technical Issue

Select this option if something isn’t working as expected. This covers bugs, system errors, or any problems affecting how your Mapp product functions.

Deliverability Support

Use this type if your messages aren’t reaching your audience as intended. This includes problems like delivery blocks, bounces, or low inbox placement, and our specialists will help resolve them.
