    Contact Management gives you access to all tools for handling individual contacts in Mapp Engage across all channels.

    This section allows you to work with single contact records: view and update profiles, manage group memberships, check activity, or handle exports and data privacy requests. Whether you’re preparing a campaign, resolving an issue, or reviewing user data, Contact Management helps you stay in control of your contact base.

    Key use cases

    • Access and update individual contact profiles

    • Manage group memberships and profile attributes

    • View activity logs and message history

    • Export or anonymize contact records

    • Set control addresses and validate emails

    You can use the All Contacts tab to browse and filter your entire contact base, or switch to the Group Members tab to manage who belongs to a specific group.
