Campaign Lifecycle Contacts (Days) / Contacts in Customer Journey, Unique                                                                    

"0" means that the duration was less than 24 hours.


How to Use This Metric

This metric is part of the Customer Journey data model. It only works with the dimensions that are supported in Customer Journey Analyses (see Customer Journey Analyses for details).

A practical use case is to compare how quickly different campaign paths lead to a website goal. The metric is most useful in:

  • Traffic Sources Path

  • Traffic Sources Path (Aggregated)

  • Ad Media Path

In these path analyses, Campaign Lifecycle Duration (Avg Days) helps you understand whether certain campaign types or sequences lead to faster or slower conversions.
