Group Management

Groups are the primary way to organize and contact users in Mapp Engage. Every message is sent to a group, and many settings—such as personalization and sendout control—are managed at the group level.

Why use groups?

• Organize contacts for specific campaigns or newsletter types

• Separate channels (such as email, SMS, push, or in-app) for compliance and targeting

• Manage contact subscriptions and preferences

• Enable automation and reporting at the group level
