    Field

    Description

    ​Name​

    This displays the push notification's name in Mapp Engage. The message name is for internal use only; your contacts do not see it.

    Campaign ID

    Unique ID of the push notification (similar to Message ID for Email).

    ​App ​

    Displays the app that your push notification was sent through.

    ​Status​

    Displays the status of the Push Notification:

    • Active/Inactive

    • Draft

    • Scheduled

    • Paused

    • Delivery

    • Completed

    • Cancelled

    • Failed

    ​Target Audience​

    Displays the user selection for a specific push (a specific selection or all opted-in users).

    ​​Author​​

    Displays the system user who created the push notification.

    ​Last Changed​

    Displays the date of the last change.

    ​Actions​

    This allows the user to perform any of the actions in the Actions section. The choice of actions is different depending on the message's status. For example, Statistics are only available for completed messages.

    Click  in the Actions column to access these actions.

    Description

    Opens the Info step of the Push Message Creation flow. From there, you can move to other steps to view the message.

    Opens the ​Compose Push Sendout window, where you can edit the push notification before sendout. You can edit the push notification at any time before the sendout starts.

    This creates a clone of the push notification. The clone has the same content and settings as the original, but its campaign ID is unique.

    Deletes the selected message. Completed messages cannot be deleted, only archived.

    Archives the selected message. Use the toggle switch Show Archive to display archived notifications.

    ​​

    Opens the statistics window for that push notification. Statistics are only available for notifications with the status Completed.

    Deactivates active messages.

    Resumes paused messages.

    Description

    Create Message

    Allows you to create a new push notification.

    Show Archive

    Shows you all archived notifications. You can also reactivate archived notifications in this view.

    ​Filter ​

    It filters the entries according to the values in the filter fields. Multiple filter criteria can be combined.

    ​Clear Filter​

    Removes all filters and displays all available entries.

    ​Items per page​

    Allows you to select how many push notifications are displayed per page: 5, 10, or 20.
