    Step 1: Define Net Revenue

    Custom Figures > Custom Formulas

    • Create formula “Net Revenue”.

    • Formula: Value Purchased Products - Return Value

    • Save with default settings.

    Step 2: Set Up a Time Category

    Configuration > Categories > Time Categories

    • Define a Time Category for Net Revenue Targets.  

    • Enter a title (e.g., “Net Revenue (Target)”).  

    • Set Data Type to “figure”, Aggregation to “Sum”.  

    • Download template, adapt, and import:

      • Select Import.

      • Upload file.

      • Monitor import status under Show Current Imports (“Pending” → “Done”)

    Step 3: Create a Custom Formula

    Custom Figures > Custom Formulas

    • Create formula “Net Revenue (Target Achievement %)”

    • Formula: “Net Revenue (Target) / Net Revenue * 100”.  

    • Format: “Distribution”, Visualization: “Traffic lights”  

    • Decimal places:  0.

    Step 4: Analyze Target Achievement

    Visitors > Time > Months

    • Add metrics “Net Revenue (Target)”, “Net Revenue (Target Achievement %)”
