Overview
Mapp Engage provides two ways to access data: reports and exports. The right choice depends primarily on where you want to analyze the data.
Reports
Reports provide aggregated data that is ready for analysis within Mapp Engage. Use reports to monitor performance, evaluate campaigns, and access insights without external tools.
Exports
Exports provide raw, event-level data for analysis outside of Mapp Engage, such as in BI tools, CRM systems, or data warehouses. Use exports when you need maximum flexibility or want to combine Engage data with other sources.
