Mapp Engage: Reply Handling Improvement with DMARC

31 Jan 2024 Mapp Engage has introduced a new reply handling solution that enhances deliverability by ensuring better domain alignment. 

Key Benefits

• Improved deliverability - preventing DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) failures that may occur when setting a different FROM domain, leading to alignment issues.

• DMARC can still be disabled on request. A different FROM domain can be used if needed.

• If DMARC is disabled, an alert warns users that the FROM domain differs from the system domain.

Prerequisites

Any additional sendout domains must be authorized before they can be used in Engage. For more information, see Domain Verification.

How does it work?

1. Create a new group: Audience > Groups > Create.

2. The domain can be selected from a drop-down list.
