16 December 2025 We’ve introduced a new top navigation bar in Mapp Intelligence. This is the first step toward a unified navigation experience across the Mapp Cloud. In this initial phase, the new menu is available only in Intelligence. Mapp Engage will adopt the same navigation layout early next year.

Key Benefits
Unified navigation across the Mapp Cloud Suite: Establishes a shared menu that all Mapp Cloud modules will use.
Planned expansion: Mapp Engage will move to the same navigation layout early next year. The menu will also expand to include additional areas that support cross-module configuration in the Mapp Cloud.
Modernized and more consistent interface: The updated navigation offers a clearer, more contemporary layout that aligns with the broader Mapp Cloud experience.
How Does It Work?
No changes to features or workflows
Only the main navigation has changed. All analyses, reports, and workflows work exactly as before.
Behavior of the “Mapp Engage” Option in the New Menu
The Mapp Engage link allows direct access to Mapp Engage. In this first version, users with Engage access are redirected to the Engage login page.
If a user has access to multiple Engage systems, one of them opens automatically. The option to choose a system will be added in a later phase.
Users without Engage access are taken to a promotional page.
Note
A separate login is currently required when moving from Intelligence to Engage. Future updates will make the transition between modules seamless, so you won’t need to log in twice.
Availability
The new navigation is available to all Intelligence users starting 16 December 2025.
