Mapp Intelligence: Smart Pixel Update

7 November 2024: We've added important functionality to our Mapp Intelligence Smart Pixel. 

With Smart Pixel, you can now use information collected on your site to update Custom Attributes in Engage! This provides a smooth data flow between your Intelligence pixel and your contact’s profile in Engage.

Combined with our newest Whiteboard and Marketing Automation updates (see Mapp Cloud: Abandoned Browse Campaigns with Mapp Intelligence), you’ll be able to trigger custom events. This can help you keep up to date with your site’s visitors. For example, if they abandon a page, you can trigger a Whiteboard that will help to get them back.

Availability

This was released on October 17th, 2024. The new functionality is only available to those who use our Smart Pixel and update to the latest version. We will be rolling this feature out to our other tracking options in the future. Please reach out if you need assistance.
