    Without Marketing Automation

    1. Configure the pixel to capture real-time data on user behavior and enable targeted messaging.

    2. Set up a Whiteboard campaign with email sendout.

    With Marketing Automation

    1. Set up Marketing Automation:

      1. Create an Audience Stream to capture and respond to browsing behaviors.

      2. Define Custom Tracking Events to trigger campaigns for abandoned browse scenarios in Mapp Engage Whiteboards.

    2. Set up a Whiteboard campaign with email sendout.

    Update Custom Attributes in Engage by using Intelligence

    1. Create the necessary custom attributes in Engage.

    2. Use the wtSmart.engage.data.set() Pixel function in to define user attributes.

    3. After setting the attributes, use wtSmart.track() to send an update request.
